ahhhh.... mock is this coming thursday...

i'm giving up on it... there's simply not enough time to study.... and i havent started TOUCHING microbiology and biochemistry..

i shall just fail it since its not counted anyway...

how i wish my classmates would stop stressing and not study so much!!

im suffering from peer pressure!! hahaha

and both papers are on the same day... BAHH

after dinner we watched enchanted at 11.20.... it was quite nice... funny.... lots of random singing... a movie that will make u feel happy~~ lala~ and for grey anatomy's fans theres mcdreamy there...

i miss fun times with foodies la... i think the times are getting less and less...

reached home at 2 3oam.... slept at 330....

and i had to wake up at 7 am the next day... because....

on the 24th... it was jacqueline lim sue mae's birthday...

yes this girl....

guess what!! we(as in me and chelle) BAKED for her... BAKED u know!! and we were late... because a lot of things happened like... bought something wrong... have to go buy again.. something wrong with recipe have to do again.... so we took more than half a day...

baked from 7 am to 3 pm... HAHHAHAHHA longest time spent baking i think....

we made cupcakes and choc chip cookies~ our cupcakes very pretty 1 okay... spent a lot of time on icing and decos~ it says: happy bday jacq hugz.. and the brown stuff are hersheys kisses... okay la.. maybe it wasnt THAT pretty like those u find outside.. but still pretty cute and colourful.... and full of sincerity!

after dinner with them.. went for late night movie again (yes lah i always go for late night movie) watched hitman.... couldnt stand the tiredness... fell asleep for 5 to 15 minutes during the movie... so at the end i was a bit the BLUR..... didnt understand the ending... it was erm... very short... lots of shooting... quite yeng at some parts... but plot kinda weak lorh.....

met up with jacq and mich again at 12 something almost 1am...

hope u enjoyed your day (even if mine wasnt so good)... and sorry for making u wait to blow your cake (or rather cupcakes) haha...

i dont feel like blogging more and more each passing day... wonder why

haha

maybe one day i will just let this place DIE...
i'll just blog about stuff that happened a while ago....

on the 12th, pharmnotts had a blood donation drive... so i went and donate blood!

since we were bored waiting for our turn.. we took some pics....

so we had to go through being weighed.. testing for blood type ( im O the selfless one)... test whether u have enough haemoglobin... they took our blood pressure too....

it wasnt really painful....
1st injection was anaesthetic i think... to numb you...
then the second needle which was kinda big is where the blood flows from your veins to the bag...
i think my blood flowed pretty fast! haha.. some people's were realllyyy slow... and some were too slow they couldnt donate a full bag.. haha
so i donated 450ml of blood!

after the whole thing.. they gave us food.... just in case..
well someone did sort of fainted....

we got bored again..
some of my classmates that donated blood the same time as me...

really small right?! i heal fast!! i have a friend whose hand still has this BIG bruise...

wanted to take a pic while actually donating but we were all stuck with needles and stuff.. lol

i thought yesterday was gonna be a pretty normal and hectic day... what with lab for a whole day with only a short break to eat bread and biscuit and then rushing to complete the manufactoring record for the next day...
so i dint expect anything at all....

then they said we should go out to eat cause too tired to cook.... so off we went..
but then... ei? got two cars? why suddenly we so semangat? usually sure got someone lazy go or got some other plans...
so 11 of us went to windmill... had chicken au something.. haha dunno how to pronounce or spell..
they made me sit at the head of the table.... okay la... i thought this was the celebration....
then asked for bill..... keluar money already.....
but then... kena scolded to 'sit still and keep quiet'
eh my own dinner i can pay leh!
fine cannot tahan vivian's garang-ness.... so guai guai lo....
come back went comp lab to print labels...
went back.... online... prepared to just online till time to tidur....

12 am~
michelle was the 1st to call... (i think her clock faster one lo) then 3 messages came in while we were talking... then adeline called.... tried to juggle two lines.... then sher ling called....
ei? why she call me when shes just next next door?
before a knew it... fong wen came and called me out....
had to end call with adeline and accidentally hang up on mich (sorry!)
so....

so surprised i blew the candles without actually making a wish! haha

hmm... nothing much to blog about really...

oh

everybody having fun celebrating deepavali?

the good thing about living in a multi racial country is more public holidays! xD
a 4 day weekend!!!!

WEEEEeeeee

actually we had classes on friday.. but we asked our class reps to talk to the lecturers and they kindly postponed 2 of our classes so that we can come back on wednesday itself ...

this week's pharmaceutical chem lab was so hectic...
1st time hearing dr. doughty so.... err.... fierce?
well it wasnt the gonna eat you up kinda fierce... but it was the hurry up or else! kinda fierce...

so not helping when you're rushing!
and one of the stupid experiment involved shaking the bottles for 15 whole minutes VIGOROUSLY... and then waiting another 15 minutes.... and for the other exp we had to boil the aspirin in NaOH for 10 minutes... so gotta be fast fast fast
speaking of which.. i've decided to totally ignore any work for the time being...
(note to self: lab report, m.record, labels)

oral suspensions for dispensing lab...
so far my take on dispensing lab is pretty okay.. the practical part that is...
but the preparation is sooooo troublesome...
the reason why pharmacy students HAVE to visit the library at least once a week is because a stupid thing called manufactoring record...
which involves research using bnf, bp, pc, m, bpc... all of which im too lazy to explain...
and sometimes people get so paranoid over the stupid Major error which we can only have a total of four times for 1 sem... so lotsa questions... no answers...
next week my marker will most likely be..... XXXX..... =.=
a lot of questions and strictness expected....

so anyway after dispensing lab on wednesday.. i rushed back, packed, and rushed home.....
about 1 and a half hours later... HOME SWEET HOME!!
then went pyramid with sis cause ulu ppl like me havent seen the new wing... haha
its okay la... got some shops i've never heard of though... more spacious but.. still nothing much to shop in terms of clothes... so we spent most of our time in diva.... LOL u know i cant resist it!
became "bai ka lui's" for the day....
did henna for fun...

thurday was spent in 1u....
walked...
craved for egg tarts....
and then starbucks...
so we went all the way downstairs for egg tarts and went back up to starbucks...
hehe
shopped....
walked....
shopped....
watched 'stardust'
i think it was quite okay.... fantasy, fairytale-ishly okay...
story aka spoiler: boy starts out as merely an ordinary 'boy'... boy meets girl... boy and girl fights... bad guys go after girl.... boy saves girl... boy starts his 'ugly duckling to swan' transformation.. boy and girl fall in love... boy and girl battle bad guys... boy and girl pwned bad guys... boy becomes extraordinary... all problems fade away.... people live happily ever after.. yay

friday was spent at home sleeping in..... eating......... watching tv......... onlining...... watching series.......
was craving for donuts and cathay's popcorn... but nothing nice to watch la.... so lazy to go already....

its already the 10th! 2 more days till uni....
4 more days till i turn 19....
hahahah
i'll be spending it there!
